Construction management & owner representation
Your interests — consistently represented
Execution is where it is decided whether cost, schedule, and quality deliver what the design promised. As owner representatives we safeguard your interests on a fiduciary basis, steer the interface to the general contractor, and accompany execution through to defect-free handover.
Owner representation
We act on behalf of and in the interest of the owner — as an extended arm towards the general contractor, designers, and authorities:
- Safeguarding the owner's interests across the entire project
- Central interface and point of contact for the general contractor
- Preparing owner decisions, escalation management
- Accompanying acceptances and handover
Construction management during execution
- Steering and supervision of the construction sequence at the interfaces
- Coordination between the general contractor, designers, and specialist advisers
- Tracking of cost, schedule, and quality on site (in conjunction with project controlling)
- Defect management through to acceptance and remediation
Interface to the general contractor
The general contractor (GC) holds the works contracts and performs the construction works. We, by contrast, represent the building owner: we review work progress, steer communication, and ensure that the contractually agreed qualities, costs, and deadlines are met. Note: owner representation comprises the fiduciary safeguarding of interests in technical-construction and organisational respects. We do not provide case-by-case legal advice.
