The AHO Heft 9 service profile (Volume 9 of the AHO series, 6th edition) structures project management into five action areas across five project stages — the classic 5×5 matrix.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between project management (Projektsteuerung) and project leadership (Projektleitung)?
Project management supports the owner as a staff function — without decision-making, directive, or enforcement authority of its own. Project leadership, by contrast, acts with decision-making and enforcement authority (a line function). We primarily take on steering and can assume leadership tasks by agreement.
Does Dynamic Support perform construction works itself?
No. We provide construction-related services only — project management, project controlling, tender preparation, and owner representation. Construction is carried out by the general contractor and its subcontractors. This separation safeguards our independence.
Who do you work for?
For general contractors, developers, and building owners. We relieve general contractors of tender preparation and steering; we represent developers and building owners as independent custodians of their interests towards the general contractor.
What method do you work to?
To the AHO Heft 9 service profile (five action areas A–E across five project stages) and the SIA phases 1–6. In Swiss projects we work primarily to SIA; for projects with a Germany dimension we add AHO.
What does project management cost?
The fee depends on project size, complexity, and the agreed scope of services. You receive a transparent quote tailored to your project.
At which project phase do you come in?
Ideally as early as project preparation (AHO project stage 1 / SIA phase 1–2), since this is where the most important decisions on cost and schedule are made. Entry at later stages is possible.
What is the difference between a general contractor (GU), a total contractor (TU), and a general developer (Generalübernehmer)?
The general contractor (GU) performs all construction works, with the design provided by the client. The total contractor (TU) additionally takes on the design. The general developer awards the entire scope onward but does not build itself. We steer and control on the project side — independent of the chosen model.
Do you also cover residential and commercial construction?
Yes. We steer residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
