Project management

The steering authority for your construction project

Project management holds your construction project together. As an independent staff function for the building owner, we organise, coordinate, and document the project across all stages — without any vested interest in trades or subcontractors. This keeps cost, schedule, and quality under control at all times.

What project management delivers

Project management is a staff function: we carry out delegable owner tasks but make no decisions in place of the owner. We prepare decisions, create transparency, and ensure that everyone involved does the right thing at the right time.

Action area A per AHO Heft 9: organisation, information, coordination, documentation

The focus of project management lies in cross-cutting action area A:

  • Project organisation: setting up the org chart, the roles-and-responsibilities matrix, and decision and reporting paths
  • Information management: structured reporting to the owner and governance bodies, clear information flows
  • Coordination: steering of designers, specialist advisers, the general contractor, and authorities across all interfaces
  • Documentation: complete, traceable project documentation, meeting and minute-keeping

Steering across all project stages

We accompany your project along the five project stages of AHO Heft 9 — and along the SIA phases 1–6 in Swiss projects:
